Magnum Research has very good customer service. When I got this barrel at first my gun jammed almost every shot. So I called M R and they told me the barrel would need to be fitted. They paid shipping both ways and went through my gun and make it operate so smooth I can''t believe it. They fitted the .44 mag barrel and it has not had a misfeed yet. No charge for the gunsmithing. I am very happy with the way it turned out.

looks good, as described. It''''s the only game in town if you want a different barrel. Nice to have both the 50 cal and the 44 mag capability. My range bass Pro won''''t let me shoot a 50 cal so I needed the 44. I have a chrome gun and I was surprised at how good the black looked on the gun. I was worried that it might detract from the looks of the gun, but in my opinion it did not.
